REGISTRATION FEES
* Early registration deadline: 06 March 2015 The registration fees include acces to all sessions, the conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks and gala dinner For students, please send us a copy your id student cards. IMACS, INTERPORE and SMAI members are offered 40 euros discount on the registration fees. Please send us by e-mail to mamern@univ-pau.fr your IMACS, or InterPore or SMAI Membership to validate your reduction.
How to pay the registration fees? All payments must be free of bank charges to the receiver, i.e. all bank charges for effecting the international money transfer must be met by the remitter. There are three different possibilities to pay the registration fees: 1- Bank card Secured Transaction To access to the secure website, you have to connect you on this website, then in the part "My Space", you will find the page "Register" and the button "Pay online". Although there exist three amount fees (academic, student and industrial), only the fee for academic will appear. Nevertheless, when you will reach the remote website for the online payment, you have to precise your amount. 2- Bank transfer The payment of the conference fee can be made by a single bank transfer, to the following account:
All bank transfers have to be authenticated by indicating the name of the conference (MAMERN VI-2015) and your name. 3- Bon de commande For people working in a French institution, you can pay by a "Bon de Commande". In such case, you have to contact us (mamern@univ-pau.fr).
Refund policy: Any registration and payment are final. No refunds are possible in case of cancellation.
